The vast majority of knowledge acquisition comes with experience. By actually using the resources, looking for solutions to problems one encounters and learning from mistakes. This is also called informal learning.
20% IS LEARNING THROUGH COACHING AND FEEDBACK
The knowledge of a group is always greater than that of an individual. By working together and coaching each other a lot can be learned from one another.
10% IS LEARNING THROUGH TRAINING AND COURSES
A training or course often forms a solid foundation for knowledge. However, a formal learning method in which only knowledge is transferred is not fully effective. It is the difference between knowing something and being able to do something.
How do we excel?
The Unit Company is an accredited training institute and offers consultancy services in the fields of digital transformation, architecture and business innovation. We offer our training courses and expertise to universities, governments and businesses on a national and international level. We currently operate in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and offer our eLearning and in-company training courses worldwide. Our training courses are aimed at managers, consultants, specialists (SME), project leaders and architects.
Since 2010, we have been able to certify more than 3,000 trainees. Our courses are certified in the Netherlands as short vocational training by the CRKBO and certified by KMO in Belgium.
In addition to being trainers, we are also consultants. This means that we not only have the theoretical background, but also the hands-on experience.
